Sausage and Egg Breakfast Stacks

This Sausage & Egg Breakfast Stack recipe is quick and easy to follow. A perfect recipe kids can make on their own. 

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Lightly brush Olive Oil (as needed) on both sides of the French Bread (4 slices) , place on the cooking tray, and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

Crack Eggs (2) in a small bowl, then add Salt (to taste) Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Milk (2 Tbsp) . Lightly beat the eggs until blended.
Step 5
Spray a skillet with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) . Pour the egg mixture in the heated pan. As the edges and bottom of the eggs get firm, push the edges towards the middle Continue to push and flip the firm parts of the eggs until no liquid parts remain. Place cooked eggs in a bowl.

Place the sausage on the toasted bread then spoon eggs on top.
